It was a cold, rainy day.
A display inside the terminal which is now for small commercial flights. The US sold the base to Canada in the 1960's for $1.00.
Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth Stayed in this building once.
This refueling air base was very important during the cold war.
There was a very cool little museum down in the basement of the officers building.
It was a very eclectic bunch of stuff.
We had a nice group lunch in the officers building.
After lunch Barb and I did Danny's trail hike along the coast. It was a 4 mile, out and back, hike.
